Hello beautiful Soul…

I moved home, after 19 years away,

& came home to myself.

Sometimes things fall apart,

so better things can come into place…

In 2019, I had a lot of big life changes hit me all at the same time.  I was working full time as a Dietitian and part time as a Wellness Coach. I was hitting a wall in my life. I was struggling to make the pieces of my life fit together. I started asking big life questions and trying to find a deeper meaning in my life and purpose.

So it is no surprise in hindsight, the universe came in to shake things up, to change my life’s current path. Oprah talks about this, the universe will whisper gently, and when we don’t respond time and time again, it slaps us upside the head, so we finally listen.

I was let go of my full time job, and had already decided to take a break from Wellness Coaching, I had a very scary experience with food poisoning, a few very close friendships dissolved and my spiritual awakening began. If you aren’t familiar with “the void” stage, head over to google, this stage can last years, which is about as fun as it sounds.

These catalysts led me to go inward and I start healing my inner world. I began to feel more peace about the decisions I was making, even though I did not know the path, they felt absolutely right within. I moved home to Vermont from California after 19 years away and I was that person that said I would never move home.

I moved home to refocus, dive into the inner work, heal, and rediscover what my life in alignment could look like.

While this took a lot of intention, effort and time, there is no fast forward to the more healed version of you, while some may wish this for their self or others, you have to give it time. Healing is a life long journey.

Also, our health and wellness is a life long path. I thought I was on one path for my health and well being, but similar to the catalysts in 2019, in early 2022 I started to really tune in to my own life long gut issues. I took a food sensitivity test, and dove into learning about gut health and healing. I am still in the midst of this healing path, but share on my TikTok: @msmeghanmurphy things that I am learning and it’s been eye opening for sure…stay tuned.

My desire is to share the tools that have helped me, because I believe we can learn from one another’s experiences. And if you are here, you may resonate with parts of my story.

I thought wellness started with nutrition, but now I believe the foundation is loving yourself, or starting the journey to loving yourself, and then you can take on the mental/emotional, physical and spiritual wellness.

My first love is nutrition, and my second love has become learning, understanding and loving myself on this journey of life, and discovering how can I find more joy, balance and alignment along the way!

Now I am living on the Emerald Coast in Florida, enjoying life near the ocean, which was a life goal of mine that I had put off for a long time. Sending much love from the beach!
